Our program provides a pathway to permanent housing through community-based housing options with flexible lengths of stay, allowing formerly homeless individuals and families to transition toward independent living. We connect individuals in need with stable housing and supportive services, such as case management, to help those experiencing homelessness or living with disabilities maintain long-term housing stability.
Skyline Rising
Re-Entry Program
The Skyline Re-entry Program supports formerly incarcerated individuals as they transition back into the community. Through access to housing, resources, and supportive services, the program aims to reduce recidivism and help participants successfully rebuild their lives.

Workforce Program

Our programs are designed to help individuals rebuild stability and move forward toward independence. We provide workforce training in a variety of fields while also supporting participants in securing employment, developing small businesses, and building essential life skills that promote
long-term self-sufficiency.
From the moment participants enter the program, we work with them to create a personalized plan for success. Through ongoing support and regular check-ins, we track progress, provide guidance, and ensure each individual stays on a path toward stability, opportunity, and independence.
